  • While I didn’t get that email, I certainly had my great bizopp campaign hammered. I am now reconsidering my strategy, since I now realize I was focusing too much on adwords (80% of revenue).

  • New card/address/IP might not be enough. Also don’t access other Google services bound to your banned email address form the new machine (gmail etc.)
New machine with ONLY accessing Adwords website and nothing else.

  • I’m not so sure a new machine would be necessary. What if you accidentally access an account on a public shared computer which Google has red flagged? I think it acts as one of a number of flags, but not an auto re-ban.

Regardless, I would have thought installing a virtual machine (Parallels Desktop as an example) would be cheaper. Or accessing the account through a remote desktop server window.

Ultimately, I think the main way to avoid getting banned again is to only use Adwords to promote acceptable shit.

  • Does Google at all care to give any warnings! I mean, damn, they just pop out of no where “Hey, we’re banning your account because of some new terms we just added.”

WTF is wrong with AdWords anymore. It seems that your pulling teeth to promote with them. You ask me, the more that Google AdWords bans, you would think they’d start losing money a little bit.

Bottom line, maybe Google needs to begin sending out warnings or alerts of the new changes instead of up and banning so damn quickly!!!
